Game with ultra-clear 4K resolution at a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate when you connect your Xbox Series X and other next-gen consoles via one of multiple HDMI 2.1 connections. A faster refresh rate ensures less skipped frames, showing enemy movement in an ultra-clear, smooth motion to easily target them.

4K/144 Hz PC gaming on the big screen
PC gamers who demand a true 4K gaming experience with the fastest refresh rate of 144 Hz can now enjoy even smoother performance with the included connections.

Purpose-built for low latency gaming
Unlike standard TVs, Philips Momentum gaming displays are purpose-built with low lag and lightning-fast pixel response as a priority and supports fast-paced, reaction time-sensitive games . The display also provides variable refresh rate (VRR) support for Xbox Series X to achieve a seamlessly smooth motion.

AMD FreeSync™ Premium; tear free, stutter free, fluid gaming
Gaming shouldn't be a choice between choppy gameplay or broken frames. AMD FreeSync™ Premium equips serious gamers with a fluid, tear-free gameplay experience at peak performance. There are no compromises, game confidently with a high refresh rate, low framerate compensation and low latency.

Access and display multiple sources on two devices
Control and switch between two devices through a single keyboard and mouse with the built-in KVM. MultiView lets you survey both sources simultaneously on one screen. With these features, you can reduce cable clutter and save valuable time. Perfect for streamers with two PCs, content creators or when prepping devices for a LAN event.

Enhanced audio with DTS Sound™
DTS Sound is an audio-processing solution designed to optimise the playback of music, movies, streaming and games on the PC regardless of form factors. DTS Sound enables an immersive virtual surround sound experience, complete with rich bass and dialogue enhancement and maximised volume levels free of any clipping or distortion.

Ambiglow adds a new dimension to your viewing experience
The innovative Ambiglow technology enhances the content on the screen by creating a halo of light from the monitor. Its fast processor analyses the incoming image content, continuously adapts the colour and brightness of the emitted light to match the image. Especially suited for watching movies, sports or playing games, Philips Ambiglow offers you a unique and immersive viewing experience.

1 ms (MPRT) fast response for crisp images and smooth gameplay
MPRT (motion picture response time) is a more intuitive way to describe response time, which directly refers to the duration between seeing blurry noise and clean, crisp images. The Philips gaming monitor with 1 ms MPRT effectively eliminates smearing and motion blur and delivers sharper and more precise visuals to enhance your gaming experience. The best choice for playing thrilling and twitch-sensitive games.

SmartImage HDR gives optimal viewing from your HDR content
Select one of SmartImage HDR modes to best suit your needs. HDR Game: optimised for playing video games. With brighter white and darker black, the gaming scene is vivid and reveals more details, easily spot enemies hiding in the dark corners and shadows. HDR Movie: ideal for watching HDR movie. Delivers better contrast and brightness for a more realistic and immersive viewing experience. HDR Photo: enhanced red, green and blue for lively visuals. DisplayHDR: VESA DisplayHDR certified*. Personal: customised settings in picture menu. *Please refer to specification for HDR grade.

A 4K 32" that doesn't buzz!

by Katja star star star star star

I've been looking for a decent 32" 4K monitor that would be good for both productivity (mainly) and gaming (occasionally). While there are seemingly other, better-reviewed monitors on the market from a gaming perspective particularly, this Philips monitor doesn't have a lot of reviews. There's Tom's, of course, a handful of YT videos, and... that's it. So, I didn't know what to expect, but after the previous monitors I bought emitted an awful fan sound (hello LG), I had to give this Philips a go. tl;dr I am happy with this purchase and recommend the 329M1RV when it's on sale. There are a number of positives for me: - The price is far more reasonable at the time I purchased this. £640 per, vs £899. - Backlight bleed on both monitors I ordered is minimal. It's far better than I've seen on other offerings, like the AW2723DF (a great gaming monitor, but really, for gaming). As always, this is a panel lottery. - No dead or stuck pixels, with 10-bit (8-bit + FRC) supported. - A useful KVM switch, as I have both a Macbook and a Desktop PC. KVM auto-switching on input changes is a wonderful thing. I know there is a Reddit post out there complaining about this implementation, but it works just fine for me. - DisplayPort over USB C! I had no idea how useful this actually is in practice. This gets me 4K @ 120hz on MacOS. - 'Ambiglow', a.k .a. bias lighting. Actually, I'm surprised how well this works as bias lighting. It makes a really big difference at night, especially, and helps reduce (or maybe even eliminate) that "staring at a screen in the dark and searing your eyeballs" feeling. - The monitor doesn't have a fan, nor any annoying buzz (though the LEDs do make that sound you would associate with LED lights. It's very much ignorable, and you have to be right on top of the monitor to hear it properly). - It's a vibrant, colourful screen. - It's advertised as taking good advantage of Xbox. I don't have an Xbox. The negatives? - Because I've bought this primarily for productivity, it's a (Nano, apparently) IPS panel. It's not going to get you OLED contrast or inky blacks. - Don't buy this for HDR. - SDR mode is stuck to 100% brightness? I normally run at 10% brightness on this thing. - Ambiglow when "following video" has a noticeable delay. It's unfortunate that it's not smooth, but I usually have it set to a static white anyway. - The Vesa mount points are recessed into the monitor, so those fancy Ergotron thumbscrews you have? Yeah, they aren't going to work. You need M4 screws at 16mm length (Ergoton thumbscrews are m4 at 12mm). This is a strange decision by Philips frankly. - It has a chin of about 2.5cm.

Underrated

by Matthew Greengrass star star star star star

Unlike all other 32 inch monitors of this class, including the LG 32GQ950, brightness isn’t capped in SDR so can reach ~600 nits. Perfect for bright rooms.
