In terms of sheer performance, this AIO is a BEAST. My previous AIO, an Auraflow x 240 kept my Ryzen 7 5700x3d at 80 degrees on full load. This one at maximum 50. It does not have a back plate for AMD, you`re supposed to mount it directly on your motherboard with the screws but the holes are too big so i had to improvise, otherwise i would`ve given 5 stars
